What is your refund policy?

As we offer made-to-order products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or faulty. Please review our size guide and product details carefully before placing an order. If there’s an issue with your product please contact us, and we’ll resolve it promptly

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we begin the process of creating your items. However, if you’d like to make a change to the print or colour, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After that, we’re unable to modify the order

Why do you choose a made-to-order approach?

Our made-to-order system helps us reduce waste by only producing what’s been purchased. It ensures that each item is crafted just for you, keeping our environmental impact to a minimum while offering unique, high-quality products

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since each item is made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery. We'll send you an update once your order is shipped

How should I care for my Fur-You products?

To keep your Fur-You petwear looking its best, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle in cold water. Avoid using bleach, and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. For print longevity, turn garments inside out before washing

Can I purchase products as a gift?

Absolutely! Fur-You makes for a thoughtful gift. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We also offer gift wrapping upon request.

Can I visit your studio to see screen printing in action?

Yes, you can! We love sharing the creative process with our customers. If you’re local, we offer an exclusive walk-through of our studio where you can see our screen printing process firsthand. However, please note that visits are by appointment only to ensure we can dedicate time and attention to each visitor.

This is a walk-through experience only, and it’s not a hands-on workshop. If you're interested in learning how to screen print your own garments, be sure to check out our ‘Print with Mel’ experiences, where you’ll have the chance to get creative and print your own designs.
