Shipping policy

At Fur-You, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order petwear and accessories. To ensure sustainability and reduce waste, we produce each item on demand. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time (Production & Dispatch)

  • As all our products are made to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched based on your selected shipping method.


2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD | Estimated 1–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD | Estimated 2–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $150 AUD.

International

  • Flat Rate: $20 AUD | Estimated 6–27 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please note that international tracking may vary based on the destination country.


4. Shipping Delays

  • We do our best to ensure your order is dispatched within the estimated timeframe. However, Fur-You is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, holiday congestion).

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

  • We do not offer refunds for unclaimed or undeliverable orders.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@fur-you.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Photo evidence of the damage.

    • Proof of purchase.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, issue a store credit for faulty garments.
