At Fur-You, every item is handcrafted and made to order with care. Due to this personalised approach, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please take special care in measuring your pup before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
1. Change of Mind
We understand that choosing the right print is important! If you wish to change your print selection, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to notify us. After this period, we are unable to make any changes.
2. Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help. Please contact us at hi@fur-you.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Incorrect Sizing
As our garments are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please carefully check our size guide before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist with sizing advice before you place your order.
4. Refunds
Store credits will only be issued for faulty items once they have been assessed and approved. If a store credit is granted, it will be applied to your account for use on future purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed defective.
